Twins, Merrin and Saraina decided to collect donations for homeless cocker spaniels, in lieu of gifts for themselves, at their 7th birthday party.
The girls and their brother, Wyatt, came to rescue to present their donation.
They brought food, treats, chews, dishes, and $59 that they collected.
The children got to meet Ben, who had a very hard life before he came to rescue.
They were able to see first hand, how an animal can retain their loving nature, despite being treated badly in the past. Ben loved the attention.
These kids really did a nice thing by for-going their birthday gift for homeless animals.
We greatly appreciate their efforts.
