	Patty's owners no longer wanted her and were going to take her to a shelter.  A woman came forward and said she would take Patty.  This woman took this dog because she didn't want her to go to a shelter.  The woman was a collector and had numerous other dogs.  She tied Patty to a dog box for 5 years. This woman really thought she did this dog a favor.  Look at the pictures and decide...
						A hunk of poop the size of a horse hoof was taken off her one front leg.
		Her eyes were grossly infected and required the services of an opthalmologist.
						Patty went to another shelter with more resources to get her the medical care she needed.  She was eventually adopted into a home.
		Her one back leg was caught up in a HUGE hunk of poop and mats... so much, so that she could only hop around on 3 legs. She had no use of the 4th leg.
